We collect personal information during the course of conducting our business for the primary purpose of providing you with a high level of customer service. We may also use this information to inform you of other related services which may be available.

We will tell you why we are collecting personal information and how we plan to use it, or these things will be obvious when we collect the information. Accuracy of information is important to us and changes or corrections to information held will be welcomed at any time.

Delivery Policy

Getting our product into the hands of people who need it is very important to us, however please note that at this time we only ship directly within Australia. Due to our License Agreement we are unable to deliever to any other country.

We know that once you have placed your order you want to receive it as soon as possible so we do our utmost to dispatch all orders within 72 hours of next business day. 

After placing your order, an e-mail confirmation will automatically be sent to you with your unique order number and order details.

We use Australia Post to deliver all of our orders due to their experience and coverage of all Australian addresses.

We can ship to valid PO Box and military addresses.

Online Orders Amandment Policy

Any amendment to an existing order will be done as effectively as possible but may result in the order being rescheduled for dispatch.

Online Orders Returns Policy

At Health Focus Products Australia we take product quality very seriously. It is important to us to hear whether you like or dislike about our products or any thoughts you may have on how we can improve the OnlyPapaya range. You will find a feedback survey enclosed in your order for this purpose.

Any problems with items you receive must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt. We guarantee money back refund without question if you are dissatisfied in any way. Items must be returned in the original condition in which they were received.

If there is any defect in the product on receipt then it may be returned to us for a refund at that time.

Please contact our orders department at info@hfpa.com.au before returning anything so we can inform you as to where to send the product and how to arrange the refund.

Returned items will be refunded using the same method used to make payment for the order. Return postage will be reimbursed in case of damaged, defective or incorrectly sent items and will be credited using the same method used to pay for the order.
